🛏️ Bedroom Bliss: Main Bedroom: Unwind in the elegance of the main bedroom, featuring a convenient private bathroom and luxurious queen bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Guest Room: Your guests will feel right at home in the cozy guest room, also furnished with a comfortable queen bed. Third Bedroom: Ideal for a small group or family, this room boasts two full beds, providing ample space for a restful night's sleep. Fourth Bedroom (Loft Area): Retreat to the loft area, where you'll find two single beds—a perfect haven for a peaceful night's sleep or a quiet study session.

Other Details to Note

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost of cleaning. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

House Rules

"(1) MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. (2) NO SMOKING: If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. (3) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. (4) QUIET HOURS. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. (5) DAMAGE: You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. (6) TRASH: Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. (7) RELEASE: If an issue arises and guests request a refund, we will require guests to agree to a release before issuing a refund. (8) PET POLICY: Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee . You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard."

Everything about the property was amazing, from the location to the amenities to the host. Everything was perfect and very comfortable and clean…it was exactly what we needed and I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to friends and family who might be visiting there area. There was nothing that we did not like…absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Find us

We can only support 2 cars in the driveway, if you have more cars, please contact us to make other arrangements. Street parking is very limited on the main road, but is available on the nearby side streets. There is a Rite Aid at the top of the street that is a 5 minute walk, though I don't recommend parking overnight there. If you need to drop an extra vehicle overnight, I recommend the Jim Hamilton Airport, about a 3 minute drive to the southeast. An uber can basically get you anywhere you want around Columbia. We’re in a good central location to get wherever you need to go!
